This site contains no forms and, apart from the click-to-open live demo booking calendar (see 06 and 07) and the hosting provider's technical access logs described below, collects no personal data by itself. Contact takes place through external channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail and phone. When you reach out through these channels, only the data needed to handle the conversation is processed: your name, your phone number or e-mail address, the content of your message, and the date and time of the exchange.

Data flowing through these channels is also governed by the privacy policies of the respective platforms (Meta Platforms — WhatsApp and Instagram). Technical records of site visits (IP address, browser type, access time) may be processed by the hosting provider solely for infrastructure security, without being linked to your identity.

Your data is processed to answer your enquiry, provide information and quotes about our services, arrange appointments and conduct pre-contractual discussions. The legal bases are KVKK art. 5/2-(c) — processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract — and art. 5/2-(f) — our legitimate interest in running communication processes effectively.

Messages you send via WhatsApp or Instagram may be processed by an AI-powered assistant so that you receive a faster reply. The first stage of the conversation may be handled by this assistant; the final assessment — and taking over the conversation where needed — is carried out by the responsible person.

Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 (three) years after the communication or service relationship ends or your request is resolved, and is then securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Longer statutory retention obligations, where applicable, remain reserved.

The site is hosted by Netlify (a US-based cloud infrastructure provider), e-mail is provided by GoDaddy (US-based), and messaging channels run on Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and Instagram, US-based). Live demo appointments use Calendly (a US-based scheduling service) and Google (Google Meet calls and Google Calendar; US-based); the name, e-mail address and form answers you share when booking are processed through these services. Transfers abroad within this scope are carried out in line with the procedures set out in KVKK art. 9 and with appropriate safeguards. Your data is never sold, rented or handed over to third parties for marketing purposes.

This site uses no cookies whatsoever and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. All resources, including fonts, are served from the site's own server. The only exception is the live demo calendar: if you click "Open the calendar", the calendar is loaded from Calendly and Calendly may use its own cookies; unless you click, no request is sent to any third party.

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about such processing, to learn its purpose and whether the data is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to object to a result arising against you from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send your requests to contact@ozturkaidynamics.com. Your request is resolved free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If your request is refused or the answer is unsatisfactory, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

This notice may be updated when necessary. Changes are published on this page; you can track them via the "last updated" date above.
